You can compare W's and L's. You can compare Sweet 16's. I think Bonnie has been to more Sweet 16's than Buzz.

For those who say that it's harder to infiltrate the upper echelon of women's basketball, look at Maryland (coach), Baylor (coach), Louisville (coach). Look at Tennessee this year (coach). UVA, Duke and UNC used to be part of the elite. They aren't anymore (coach). Also look at Oklahoma, TAMU. Coaches are important and can make a huge difference. Just look at Virginia Tech with Bonnie and without.
